By accessing or using Get Reward QR, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Business Accounts
Businesses are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting login credentials and controlling access by their employees and staff.
3. Promotions and Rewards
Each participating business is responsible for the promotions, discounts, eligibility requirements, expiration periods and other terms it offers through Get Reward QR.
Businesses are responsible for honoring valid rewards they issue through the platform unless the promotion clearly states otherwise.
4. Social Media Campaign Steps
Get Reward QR may direct customers to third-party social platforms. Unless a platform provides an authorized verification integration, a completed social step does not represent independent verification by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or another social network that a follow, share or other action occurred.
Businesses are responsible for ensuring their promotions comply with applicable laws and the rules of the social platforms they use.
5. Customer Content
Customers may submit photos or other permitted content as part of a campaign. Users must not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful or inappropriate material.
6. Coupon Redemption
Get Reward QR provides coupon validation and redemption tools. Unless a direct POS integration is enabled, employees remain responsible for applying the appropriate discount in their own register.
7. Prohibited Use
Users may not attempt to bypass coupon restrictions, access another business's information, interfere with the platform, introduce malicious software or use the service for unlawful activity.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the product is improved.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Get Reward QR is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of the service, business promotions, customer content or third-party platforms.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
