When customers participate in a promotion, we may process social-step confirmations, uploaded photos, campaign identifiers, coupon information, redemption status and related participation information.

Information is used to operate accounts, provide QR campaigns, process customer participation, generate coupons, prevent duplicate coupon use, support businesses and improve the service.
3. Customer Photos
Photos submitted through a campaign are processed to complete that promotion and may be accessible to the business operating the campaign.
A submitted photo should not be reused by a business for advertising or other marketing purposes unless separate permission has been obtained from the customer.
4. Social Media Platforms
Get Reward QR may provide links to third-party social media platforms. We do not ask customers for their social-media passwords.
Unless specifically supported by an authorized third-party integration, a Step Complete status means the customer visited the social step and returned to Get Reward QR. It does not mean the social platform independently verified a follow or share.
5. Sharing of Information
We may use hosting, database, security, payment and other service providers to operate Get Reward QR. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect the service, users or others.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and campaign information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain transaction and coupon records, comply with legal requirements and resolve disputes.

Businesses may contact us to request reasonable access, correction or deletion of account information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
9. Children
Get Reward QR is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
